They placed the highest bid of $1.206 billion for the property at Tampines Avenue 11. The site will have a hawker centre, community club, and bus interchange. It is ideally situated close to the future Tampines North MRT station. In order to meet the needs of the residents of Tampines North, an established estate without a new GLS residential site since 2017, the project will provide roughly 1,190 residential units in addition to a variety of retail and community facilities.
